Capitec is still the best bank in South Africa

I have nothing but praise for Capitec. Long time customer, came to Hello Peter to shop around and I was shocked to see that Capitec has a low rating here. To be fair, I do not use the phone app, I still use the old ****le system which I prefer. I will not use any phone app for banking due to privacy concerns. I can manage most banking affairs through their secure website. I haven't been in a branch in more than 2 years. Best of all, nobody has phoned me. Not once. I hope they keep their monthly fees low - they can always decrease them more. Other than that, very happy with their service and the bio-metric data that is required before their staff can do anything to my accounts.
