CAPITEC IS *****ING OUR MONEY

i have screen shots of all my transactions as proof !!

they are supposed to deduct money from my account every end of the month to pay off my loan

they deducted this month but then tell me i am in a arrears but yet they deducted my money this month because its a debit order!!!

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF ITS DONE VIA DEBIT ORDER!!! my loan repayment was R2700

and when i look at what's being deducted from the remaining balance it only shows that i paid about R700

WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE IF MY INTERSET IS 13.7%

the interest is more than 50% from R2700 to only R700

so where did the other R2000 GO?

THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENCE

i feel ********** i feel violated i feel i can no longer bank with CAPITEC!

i took a loan from them a while back and i did NOT have any of these issues!!!

i paid up the previous loan without any problems or hassles NOW THEY JUST *****ING MY MONEY
