Capitec is *****ing money during the pandemic

I am so so angry!! There was an amount off on my husband's account that we did not know. We could not stop the debit order because capitec made the deduction. My husband went to the bank. They said they deducted the ammount because they weren't sure we will get payment at the end of April. They did deduct the March amount. And separately another amount but the amount is a bit more so we wont notice.
