Capitec is so so abusive & disappointing

Just when life was going well between me & capitec,out of a sudden whn I received some big amount of money after withdrawing tht money capitec closed my account without notifying me iwaited for long period of tym now thinking I will be surprised n see it opened oneday since I wasn't alerted whn thy closed it but until today banking has been made hard for me by capitec,,,I wonder wat idid wrong to deserve such punishment
