Capitec is so heartles

On the 6/11/19 Capitec bank said my account will be unblocked soon iwill receive an sms notifying me but untill now there is nothing ihv received, even in their facebook page thy reply others coments/inquries &skip mine i wonder what i did to capitec to be treated like this Capitec why u guys are so heartles? i thought 1day i will be a happy banker but seems like i was lying to my self.
