Capitec is selfish
Capitec is a bank that I would advise any person who values their money not to join them they are selfish and self centered they dont care about anyone but themselves. I have done everything to prove to them that I had no hand in being ****med or my phone being possible hacked and 2 different loans being made via my biometric but because they dont want to pay out they shift the blame is is me why would I do two different loans same time while I could have made one big loan. I am not happy with them because I am paying money I did not use the blatantly refused to even meet me half way they looking after their own interest. I will continue to spread the word that join or stay with this bank Capitec at ur own risk if I was u I would leave this bank. Actually I left this selfish bank. The only reason I pay these loans is because my credit score will be damaged if it wasn't for it I wouldn't pay it cause I didn't even spend the money.

26 Apr 2026, 18:59Capitec is try to display an image which is a lie because I am complaining on this platform they act like they are giving my matter attention but they dont they are actually shying away from the problem I am paying money i didn't use and they refused to even meet me half way because as much as they believe its nt their fault i believe that too. I would advise people to take their money and run use Capitec for useless things cause u will cry.

27 May 2026, 13:32People i will always say the truth about this capitec bank. it looks like a proper bank until you have a problem they will hang you out to dry. I really hate capitec with everything in me because they want u to take responsibility for things you dont even know but they fail to take responsibility they run when it gets hot.
