Capitec is ****.. they keep on *****ing from clients PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CONSULTANTS

I have lost my trust from Capitec really, they keep on *****ing from customers.. I don't blame the lady who went viral NAKED at CAPITEC. I'm also gonna do what it takes for my hard earned money

I have a loan with Capitec and I have been paying well since 2018, I have never skipped not even a single payment. To my my surprise my loan was extended with 12months without any explanation, I reported to ombudsman and Capitec consultant came back to me in September and promised that it will be fixed within 7days.. it's now November I'm still wait6 and they haven't fixed it

On the 6th of October 2021 my banking app was hacked, all debit orders were reversed, money from my credit card was transferred into my saving and all the money was transferred into another capitec account... Capitec claims that they stopped the account and unfortunately the money was transferred to ABSA account.. and assured me that ABSA Acc was also stopped.. on the 20th of Oct I received a call from Capitec forensic department (KWANELE) saying they managed to get the funds from ABSA and they will send my money back as soon as they complete with their investigation... To my surprise now I received an email and a call from Capitec saying they released the funds because ABSA Acc holder claims that he rendered a service to Capitec account holder so they released the funds unfortunately they can't help me no give my money back.. what kind of **** is this... What if the ABSA Acc holder is an accomplice? Why police were not called to question this guy's when he went to the bank.. the case was opened and Cas number including affidavit was sent to capitec
