CAPITEC IS ****
THIS BANK IS WORSE THAN ANY BANK. THE FRAUSTERS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOTHING. THEY JUST LET IT BE AND DONT REFUND YOU BACK. WHAT IS WORSE IT HAPPENED ON THEIR PAGE AND STILL MAKE IT YOUR FAULT. I DONT SEE HOW THEY ARE VOTED NUMBER 1 BANK. CALL CENTRE USELESS AND I DIDNT EVEN RECEIEVE A PROPER FEEDBACK UNLESS I CALL OR EMAIL. WE PAY FEES FOR USING THEM NOT FREE AND YET THEY CANT HELP CLIENTS. THIS IS *******. THEY SAY THEY INVESTIGATING BUT DO NOTHING JUST EASY FOR THEM TO LET OUR MONEY GO AND DONT EVEN BOTHER. CAPITEC CANT BE TRUSTED , OUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH THEM

26 Jul 2021, 13:02That's what you said last time you will contact, I tell the same thing what has happened and how it happened and all you people say is they cannot refund my money. You made me run around and open a case for what, there is so many people been ****med and you don't refund them. A friend of mine bank with fnb and made a deposit to a ***** account online and she was refunded. When people open an account they are sadly unaware of all these and think low fees are good unless they are faced with a ****.
