Capitec is ruthless and does not give a damn about its clients

I've never in my life experienced such awful treatment from a bank like what I'm experiencing now with Capitec, my account has been suspended for almost 2 months now being sent from pillar to post, with lie after lie, empty promises after empty promises. CAPITEC IS RUTHLESS, CAPITEC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND SADLY THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS LIKE *********. Mind you I haven't paid my monthly commitments for 2 months because of Capitec not to mention my kids' school fees and rent and Capitec doesn't care, my business has stopped because I can't really do anything without a cent. Been calling and visiting the branch all they tell me is that they will call me and they don't. I've done everything and submitted everything Capitec has requested from me and I'm still in the dark. It's really sad and unpleasant how Capitec treats us clients it really is. Funny thing is that they can't even provide me with a reference number for my query
