capitec is ******* ****

I have been so annoyed enough by this bank called Capitec i once went to other branch &thy told me there is no account under my Details how come? Coz all along i was phoning inquring about my money u decided to close into the account without even notifying me now i want ny money u tellling mi tht there is no account under my details how possible is that? I have hd enough of capitec & i wont rest until all my money is released iwill definatly take legal action against this bank, lying lying it seems like their aim since day 1 opening this bAnk their mission was to **** us people who are trying a living alwys its their thing,,i want my money
