Capitec is reaping me off on my loan payment
Hello
I have a loan installment with Capitec which i pay R4976.52 every month, through Naedo payment, my balance is not reduced and it always says i have 19 months left since April, when i call the bank their consultant give me the bad service, so i feel like this Capitec Bank is reaping me off my money and not able to answer why they are doing this. i really need this to be sorted as i am paying the bank every month.
