Capitec is PATHETIC!

Capitec Bank is a bunch of *****! I had a personal loan with Capitec Bank, which I opened on 10 March 2020. I took out insuatance on this loan in case of retrenchment.. Disability etc. It just so happened that because of Covid I got retrenched 1 July 2020. Now they and Guard Risk does not want do approve my claim because according to them.. I got retrenched within my 3 months waiting period. Helllloooo! It is simple maths! I made 4 installments and my waiting period was over. No one asks for retrenchment! Now I have been handed over to laywers because "I did not honour my agreement" BUT when the ball is in their court to honour the agreement they lool the other way! I shoud be taking THEM to court for harrasment.
