CAPITEC IS PATHETIC !!!!!

I received foreign income into my business account on Friday 14th August. Capitec emailed me confirmation of this. All required documentation was sent to the bank as requested. I have been trying to get the funds cleared into my account since then and have had nothing but the worst and most unprofessional service from Capitec and still ZERO help or updates without me having to call. I have raised the issue with the complaints department and forex who promised to have the matter resolved and confirmed it to be an internal problem. The two managers, from Complaints and Forex both promised to call me back and still to date neither have returned my calls with an update. Their names are Thokozani Masombuka and Thandiwe Mokoena.

I regret moving my business account to Capitec !!!!! No accountability, No help, No updates. If this is how you show your support to entrepreneurs in our country shame on you.
