Capitec is pathetic.

They are pathetic, been waiting for immediate payment since Thurs 2/09 only to find out they had problems with immediate payments & was told money was sent back to bank it came from but not in other person's account. Its 24hrs later i have no idea where money is or when i will get it & they are no help at all. they told me to phone other bank to ask them if they going to retry doing payment or send it back to persons account. isnt that their job? how do they think bills must be paid
