Capitec is outright expensive and a *******!

Capitec is ridiculously expensive, they hide behind the "low monthly fee", In. January o was charged R339 after I had received money twice into my account and withdrew about R6500 cash from a capitec atm, how ridiculous is that? They can't even offer proper explanation apart from you shouldn't be withdrawing cash, unfortunately I had a situation that required cash plus you can not live without cash, we have car parking to pay for, tuckshop money for the kids, car wash, township salons etc.
