Capitec is now a big ****

Good morning

I would like to report a matter that happened yesterday where I sent money R4200 from my business account to my personal account which did not reach my account where it went lord knows. I had called in capitec informed them about the matter immediately when I realised this money is not in my account spoke to a consultant who couldn't resolve the issue he escalated the matter to his manager Phindile Mndaweni who also couldn't resolve the issue I was told this has never happened surprisingly they can see the money going off my business sent to my personal account but whee is GONE2HEAVEN MAYBE I was told capitec is looking into the matter and will get back to me.

Nobody got back to me until I had called in again requested the same people who assisted me avoiding explaining my self over and over again it annoys really still the matter wasn't resolve and I was told they don't know where money is capitec is stil tracing but failing to see where it went auboo I waited again until 3pm where Anthony who has promised to call me back with positive feedback called me and told me still money is not traceable they don't know where it went I should wait still.

Mind you this money was meant to go to a client who ws meant to return back to me with interest which is the business I currently do and licensed to do so but that never happened which means I have lost business whilst my money is kept by them.

This morning still money is not in my account called again using my money my phone my time still the matter isn't resolved they don't know where money is..

Guys this is a big **** capitec ****s people and lie that they don't know where money went I need my money back please I am reporting this so that people must know that capitec is now ***** and who knows how much money they yet to **** me again as I send these monies to my personal accounts alsmt weekly yhoo this one I'll never let it slide if my money is not in my account latest by12 I am reporting this to the ombudsman and NCR this is my money capitec never gave me nor even give a loan I therefore demand it.
