CAPITEC is not the bank to bank with cheap or not!

Cannot believe the utter incompetence of Capitec staff, I have tried for more than 4 months to get my debit order moved to the correct date, while incurring costs for unpaid debits and overdrawn account, which I think I should definitely not be paying for, but nevertheless, once again they did not surprise me by taking to much for this month and then paying it back into an account I do not use, but cannot close.
