Capitec is not safe and they don't do investigations

Last Friday I went to withdraw my money at Capitec ATM and the machine went slowly till I took my card out..the I re tried until I decided to use my mobile phone to buy airtime it declined, while I was still next to the ATM. The said part is that I did not share my pin with anyone. I went to the branch I was shown that the money was withdrawn at the same ATM I visited.. Sometimes even when I withdraw my money they don't even send incontact message or sometimes send after 5 hours..No one assisted me in terms of tracing my money
