CAPITEC IS NOT SAFE

I've been with capitec for years and had no issues until 3 days ago I got hacked without sharing my details to online sites or going to a local tuckshop and now all my money is gone and they transferred twice and the second time they transfer the exact money that was left in my account I didn't get a notification from my app only a SMS saying x amount of money was transferred out of my account used for groceries in Johannesburg at RannoushBurger24 24 nesburg ZA im in CPT btw and when I searched this business up it didn't pop up and i went to capitec and they said they tried multiple times to get into my account and somehow got my pin and without going to a capitec branch bypassing every authority in my main account and took it capitec obviously didn't warn me someone was trying to hack my account and they didn't refund me or anything except they got me to buy a new card and opened a case doing nothing to help in my current position right now because they know someone did try to hack my account but they still want to investigate because yes I probably went to Johannesburg a 15+ hour drive and bought something from a nonexistent business lmao anyways don't get capitec and I'm switching banks
