Capitec is not being fair

They blocked my account without consulting me, as they saw a company that I invested in an it's a ***** company as I didn't know that.. on the 24th I received my salary but I'm not able to withdraw as they still haven't opened my account even now since no the 4 November. I pleaded with them requesting to withdraw my salary but they refuse while am a breadwinner at home... As of now there's no food at home an it's dicember time my family members are going through hunger please help me
