Capitec is not a trusted bank!

My cousin was de*****ed R22600 on the 28th November 2021. When he got to the bank he was told that it is untraceable and they can't help him. At first he was told that the money was withdrawn at ABSA ATM . He was told that further investigation will be done and he should report it to SAPS. He was so confused to even notice that the transaction was made through capitec app (bank statement). Everyday is a new transaction story.

He went to the bank today and asked to see the manager, the manager told him that they can see the person's face who withdrawn the money. Guys, does capitec have cameras at ABSA ATM's? Or maybe they requested CCTV from ABSA? They told him that they have the person's address but won't give it to the him nor the police. Is this some kind of a sick joke?

He's been to the bank everyday since the 28th to this date but to NO AVAIL. If they can't refund the ****** money, I begin to wonder if their funeral policy cover is LEGIT. Maybe I should reconsider switching to another bank before this happens to me too.

Isn't this an inside job?

A lot of people have been complaining about capitec these days, maybe it's high time we expose this bank! Take this matter further! REFUND THE MONEY AND ITS NON-NEGOTIABLE!!!
