Capitec is not a bank...it's a circus

It's been almost a month that Capitec informed me of an investigation that is being done on my account due to suspected *****...till this day I am awaiting feedback.

I have contacted Capitec for feedback and still nothing. I am skeptical to even use this account because I am not sure exactly what is happening. The funds I had in that account were also frozen.... this is honestly annoying.
