Capitec is nonsense

Capitec has blocked my account for two weeks now. They told me that they are investigating my account and it shall me sorted out by today but I still can't have access to my account. When I called them to voice out my frustrations, their consultant dropped the call on me. I am beyond angry and it's sad that I have money in that account that I need to use urgently but can't due to their incompetence. Don't use Capitec if you don't want to regret.
