CAPITEC IS NET BECK

Good day, This incident happened on the 11th of April 2024 and your defective phone app HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. CAPITEC ACCOUNT No. *** There is a MAJOR problem with your Capitec Phone app. My phone was HACKED via the whatsapp app and ALL my card details, front and back, ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE to the hackers. The Absa card and the Standard bank card have ***X blanking out the IMPORTANT details. I am bedridden and can only walk short distances on level surfaces. Because of your phone app PROBLEM, I had to go to the bank and EXCHANGE my hacked card for a new card. My ISP (INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER), then informed me, they had not received their payment due the CHANGED cards. All the TROUBLE because of your PROBLEMATIC phone app. Where is YOUR attempt at PREVENTING hackers from ROBBING all YOUR CLIENTS, because of YOUR DEFECTIVE phone app? Instead of fixing the DEFECTIVE phone app, you create GREATER difficulty for me, BY LIMITING my card purchases to a MERE R 500. What a FIASCO, instead of PREVENTING crime you LIMIT your clients. I won’t even ENTERTAIN the idea of EVER recommending Capitec to friends or family.
