Capitec is negligent

Capitec is useless. I went to Capitec Bank in Butterworth to transfer money inside the bank the Sales Consultant transferred the money to a wrong bank which is Standard Bank instead of Absa. Now Capitec Complaints department is telling me they can't debit the money from that company bcoz of authorization. Now is that my problem all I want is my money please Capitec don't tell me stories. My accounts are on arrears while your complaints department is telling me to wait for 5 days then after 5 days it's another story. Capitec is a shame bank
