Capitec is misleading

Good day, <br> <br> My name is Busisiwe I had 2 loans with Capitec , I was handed over to some Attorneys in Pretoria which they were debiting my account for years, I managed to pay off the one loan but the, I'm really struggling to finish the second one becuase they are adding interest every month on my account and my account keeps on accumulating it's not going down they were debiting R500.00 every month, and bare in mind this is are the second Attorneys from Cape town, they charging commission, sms,telephone calls and interest at the same time, I want to finish this account last month the balance was R6000.00 and they have send me the statement via sms now the balance is R7000.00 and some rands, they are ripping us off,I asked about the in-duplum on my account no one is giving me answers, I have stopped my debit order because I'm paying the account but the balance is not reducing, and kinldy note that i have called Capitec head office for my settlement letter for my first loan todate i have not receive it, this is very wrong and unproffessional, I need answers I want to finish the second loan as well, can somebody help me.
