CAPITEC IS ****MING ITS CLIENTS

I received very poor service from capitec bank. Capitec closed my account without contacting me to enquire first. Worse of all it has my business funds and i cannot access them to buy groceries for my kids and pay school fees. They claim its receiving too many funds but did not bother to ask what business i am running. I went to their branch and they did not assist , i even contacted them via whatsapp and they did not assist me. Does capitec earn a living through ****ming its clients. this is very sad and i huge inconvenience to me. I am losing business because of this.
