Capitec is lying about the Interest refund

I have a loan with Capitec, I asked for a payment relief which was arranged in such a way that I'll pay half of the loan every month. While I was paying the loan capitec sent me a message to say that if I make 6 loan payments they will deposit R7700 into my account. They even sent me a link to go on YouTube and check the comments of people who have received this interest refund. People were saying that they were so happy when they received the money because it came when they needed it the most. Now I have made the six payments that they said I must make to get this refund and now they say the money will not be given to me it will go towards the loan.
