Capitec is ***.

I've had money sent to me from abu Dhabi on the 21st of August and got called by capitec forex department the 23rd August to say that they've received the funds. I went in to draw the funds but was unable to access the funds because they used my business name as reference and not my account name. I've had money transferred into the very same account using the same name and reference and haven't had any issues regarding the account name. Capitec has set me back and refuses ro release the funds. I've requested an amended letter to be sent to capitec but apparently they have not received anything. I can no longer wait. Capitecs service is absolutely trash
