Capitec is *****ing money from me

I had a loan that was supposed to have been paid off in August 2024,I fell short of 2 payments & Capitec Bank is still debiting the same amount of the loan even today although due to the arrears of 2 months at least the money I owe them should be finished by now but still they keep on debiting every month,this is daylight ******* by a bank
