Capitec is ***********

I have signed a Loan with Capitec which i pay via debit order from absa. It has always ran smooth until this month, i receive million calls n sms that my account is in arrears and thatthey didnt receive installment. I went to my bank and it confirned that Debit order was successfully. I called capitec and was told the money they debited is not reflecting. Only on the 3rd of November they confirmed that they payment came through. Y qas i being harassed because its ur debit order system. I hope this will not negatively affect my credit record. This after working soo hard to improve my record
