Capitec is ***********

I’ve had the Capitec call centre pester me for the last month and a half calling me everyday. Asking to speak to my ex partner whom I don’t live with anymore and I have no contact with them anymore. I started of very kind explaining the situation to them I provided them with his families contact numbers and all. After the 10th day they started grilling me and every Call I asked to speak to a manager which the excuses started they not here and then they in a meeting and so forth the one afternoon when they called the lady gave me her floor supervisor Natasha who understood and said they will remove my number. Well im here today writing this review telling you they have not I’m still receiving calls and ready to legal action for harassment. Thank god I don’t bank with Capitec I want a call from a HOD or someone in charge because I’m fed up with them calling me each day is a different person
