CAPITEC IS IN TROUBLE
CAPITEC FROZE MY MOTHERS ACC WITHOUT EVEN A NOTICE OR ANY DUE NOTICE SHE HAD TO RETURN HER CROCERIES WHEN SHE TRYD 2 PAY THEY SAY A ****MWR PAID MONEY INTO HER ACC .7 DAYS LATER SHE CANT ACES HERE MONEY TO PAY HER MEDICAL AID SHE HAS CANCER .CAPITEC IS IN TROUBLE AND ARE FREEZING PEOPLES ACC UP TO THRRE YEARS AND USING THE MONEY FOR DEBTS WE MUST ALL CHANGE BANKS FAST .

23 Jan 2023, 17:53SO after we went to get affidavit and jump through all their hoops apparently today they tell us the branch didn't send them the paperwork so from Wednesday last week till today no money no communication with us .
We called ***** department only for office staff there to name a few Tcepo . ASHER AND EVEN THE TEAM LEADER THABISENG couldn't tell us why the account is frozin instead tryd to bully my mother than dropped the call in her ear .
