I reported a ***** incident of 64k. ***** department called same day asking for proof of payment. Everything was sent. Within less than 24hours the case is closed and the bank is unable to recover the funds. These transactions were from capitec to capitec. This bank is filled with ********s some working from within. No investigation done, no contact with SAPS. Nothing. Most useless bank ever
