CAPITEC IS HEARTLESS

On the 28th of October I was hijacked, kidnapped and de*****ed out of R150 000.00. Money was taken from African Bank to my Capitec Account and withdrawn. My account has been on hold since the 14th I don't have money to do anything. African Bank sent an email to them to open my account so I can at least make a loan and approve a Debi check but they refused. Not sure that I will be reimbursed of the money. The assistance I'm getting from their consultants is poor, they are now saying they will be closing my account indefinitely and I don't know why, nothing has been said of the investigation, no updates nothing. I'm still reeling from everything and I'm in a major slump. When all of this happened I was in the process of relocating and had left my apartment, took my belongings to a storage. I'm broke, homeless and I honestly don't know what to do. Last money I had I booked and tonight is my last night here, I had hoped for a resolution by this time but I'm still being given the run around.
