Capitec is ***** and a ****!

I would never advice my worst enemy to bank with these **********. This is the second time this happens to me. My account was debited R800 today by people I don't even know but I highly suspect they work with these Capitec ****s. I went and queried it and requested a refund they said they are not able to as it is a debicheck which was not even approved by me because I asked for those debitors details and I called them but they said they didn't know me and yet they still can't refund me. I asked for this matter to he escalated to the ***** department but still nothing has been done. I want my refund and to close the damn account because Capitec and its stuff are useless
