Capitec is failing us

What is capitec ,is it a play house or a charity home for donating our money,I’m really tired of the back and fourth.why is it everyone that works on the forensic team is taken from the street ,keep closing our accounts and not doing anything.Apparently someone reported my account for *****,claiming I told them to invest money and they will get back the investment and capitec decided to freeze my accounts ,not just my accounts and family and friends I recently sent money,I went to the bank and they told me it was two payments,one happened in July and the other one September,and after all this time the bank decides to hold my account and I don’t understand why the people I sent money are suffering aswell.Capitec should just train their stuff and stop this thing of hiring from the streets,I’m sick and tired of this unprofessional situation
