Capitec is dishonest
I am very much dissapointed with capitec bank executives did not expect them to be dishonest as the bank is trying my all means to gain a good reputation.
Last year April as a loyal customer saw that we are struggling with long atms ques and i drafted a proposal to capitec bank that they introduced cash send model which people can collect money at shoprite.
Capitec BANK used exactly that was on the proposal and launch it this year as their own idea. I contacted the CEO office regarding this and instead the bank appointed law firm werksman who asked me not to contact the ceo office again.
Capitec BANK is dishonest and use other people ideas

16 Oct 2019, 16:26 I received a call from Capitec on Saturday 12 October at 19:07 and their complaints guy confessed to me on the call that Capitec has been asking and using customers ideas to launch new products, he mentioned even the black card that they are about to launch as an example, luckily I was recording the call.
It is disturbing that they have been growing using black youth ideas and this black youth are not even being credited for it, when you challenge them they use Werksman to intimidate you.
I received another call today at 15:42 from Nomfefe Wulana who said the matter is with their legal advisors ( werksman) and I should contact them,
I will not be intimidated by them, will be taking the matter to court as they are not above the law.
Enough is enough that blacks get used by companies to get richer.
