Capitec is ***********

The worst bank ever,the issue of pending payments is really bull****,I had a problem with a payment at wimpy due to the pending status from Capitec and had to make double the payment, reported it to the bank I was advised to get an authorisation letter from wimpy, which they gladly provide me with,emailed it to Capitec and the provisionally credited my account pending investigation,3 months later I am still dealing with the same issue, visited wimpy and they have never received a call from Capitec...you guys are the worst financial service provider
