Capitec is *******

My capitec bank card was cloned and capitec refuses to acknowledge this , on Sunday the 25 August money was withdrawn from my account r200 and r1500 total r1700, I was at spur at the time of the incident when I called to report it they said that there is nothing they can do because it was the exact card and pin I told the lady I spoke to how that was possible when I have my card on my she said it's impossible for two people to have the same card and pin I said we'll clearly it isn't because it happend to me she the said there is nothing they can do it is a civil matter I must go to the police station and Make a case and go look for that person myself I asked her what atm was used she couldnt tell me only that it was in lenasia , I went to the branch and the exact response was given to me they couldnt tell me anything I asked for surveillance they couldn't assist me as well and said they would investigate the matter today the 02 September they got back to me saying that they sorry they going to close the case because it was my card that was used , I asked the lady what atm was used and she said it was capitec crn nirvana and klipvally road and gave me the atm number I asked her for more info she said that she couldn't assist me because of the popia act I then told her we'll then no one is worried about the fact that my info was ****** where does the popia act fit in with me when I looked at the location as per her info given it's capitec in traderoute mall please note that this branch was closed due to renovations , I want my money all my information is compromised they don't want to acknowledge that this happend and they insisting that it is my fault honestly I wouldn't advise anyone to bank with them they are useless they can't investigate the matter properly I have reported this matter to fais ombudsman because they refusing to help me when the fault it with them this is an inside job pure *******ion on capitec side I will not rest I will do everything to make sure that I prove them wrong then I will sue capitec this is a promise
