Capitec is costing me my dream job

i have been banking with capitec for years and it pains me that i have to resort to such measures to get help.

I have been going back and forth with this bank for days now and i am exhausted. not only did they debit me while they received orders not to, im not struggling to get written confirmation from them that states that i have made a payment arrangement.

i was recently removed from debt review and tried to make payment arrangement with them but i have been successful on so many attempts, my debt counsellor has been on the phone with them for days

i am no longer under debt review: and your consultant said that as soon thats done i must call to make payment arrangement. why am i struggling?

i just got a great job offer from a major bank and all they want before giving me a contract is a letter from capitec proving that I have made the arrangement.

WITHOUT THIS JOB I CAN'T HONOR MY PAYMENTS, WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND

Can i please get some who is qualified to assist me
