CAPITEC IS *****

I have done Payshap from STD BANK to Capitec, I never received that money and Capitec confirmed with STD BANK that the money was received but I never received it.

The Capitec Agent will drop my calls and one insisted that the money was received which is not true. My Payshap money was never received. This is really sad that rumors were always there about Capitec and I never believed that it is true that money get lost from Capitec Bank. Today I know it is true. It's unfortunate how people we always believe bad things when they happen to us but when warned by others we always think that they are lying.
