31 March 2025 Monday afternoon I was ****med don’t know how but it happened that ****mers managed to increase limit my online purchase and purchase whatever they want with my bank card details while I had the card in me. 1st payment out, the minute I’m trying to log in into the app to transfer money I couldn’t another payment was out just like that. The total of R8k was out and I called capitec immediately to report that and they promised to pay the money within 24-48hours but till today which is Friday money has not yet reflected in my account. They said they will refund and investigate what happened right now I don’t have money to buy food for my kids while capitec is busy with investigation which I find it not fair, I WANT MY MONEY CAPITEC u ****** ****mers
