Capitec is becoming a **** day by day

I bought R180 worth of airtime yesterday, capitec duplicated the transaction, i now want my money back into my account and it can only be resolved after 14 days. Whaaat? What about the fact that i want it now?! Also you keep taking money for withdrawal charges when i haven't even withdrawn, what is that all about??
