Capitec is beautiful from the outside but inside

I wanted to reverse or do a cash back regards the false information I was given by Cartrack insurance. Capitec told me that.. either they fulfill the client's wishes or not but I have to pay, just for escalating the matter to the responsible company.

Capitec is beautiful from the outside but inside... Meaning it's cheaper on withdrawal & deposit but termination of contract and other request.
