capitec is bad bank including management

On the 2nd of april my mother went to capitec lichtenburg to withdraw R25 000 guess what she was told you need to withdraw from an ATM, what type of a bank is this that is the first question and how in your good mind send a woman who is 61 years of age walking with crutches to go to an atm without security, without even a worth ATM that ATM is on the street any passer by can see how much you are withdrawing. Fortunately enough my mother was ****** off how convenient is this the moment when she was withdrawing the money the card disappeared into the atm pin already inserted n she requested for assistance apparently a gentleman whom no one knows ran to the ATM and took the 3000/ 2000 she was about to withdraw. When she is going to capitec to ask for assistance the sms keeps on pumping in reporting money being withdrawn guess what when she got to capitec instead of blocking the card immediately they are telling her she needs to punch her finger for that to be done for f*** sakes she is on crutches she cant even run. Unfortunately wen her card was stopped R10 000 was gone. And capitec they dont see anything wrong by a person they call a customer loosing R10 000 i hate capitec bank.
