Capitec is bad
So I got SMS confirmation from capitec that 2 debichecks have been approved without my knowledge. I call capitec and they say I must call the company that sent debichecks to them. I asked who approved Debichecks and Capitec says they can't see. What kind of bank is this, would allow a debicheck without my approval??? Aibo guys!

All I want to know is who approved those debichecks and how can a bank not know or see? If i was negligent, I would have lost R2700 by now
