Capitec is an ************* bank

Capitec bank is a disappoint again...capitec can't help their clients at a difficult time like this...I called them to tell them about situation that I can not pay the coming months loan payments they said they can not help me because I'm left with 3months...they went as far as going into my linked saving account and debited all my saving that I need to survive I'm in this pandemic...mind you they did not notify me of that... I don't even have arrears either
