capitec is allowing crocks to ***** my money

On the 10 oct 2017 a campany calling them self vigivigi634 debited my account R95,it did that for almost 4 months after. I went to the bank to ask for statement and is the I see this, I ask the consulted to reverse the money but they dinied. How could the bank let some one withdraw money with out my permission I want authrazation,i want my money.or else I am goung to sue the bank and take u to the ombudsman on monday.i need some answers
