CAPITEC IS ABUSING ME FINANCIALLY ITS DISGUSTING

am so disgusted by the service i have been getting from capitec lately moved from fnb to capitc because of the exact same problem am recieveing now from capitec my agreeement with capitec is is that i will repay my loan on the 25th of every month which is my pay day but lately whenever i have some little money left in my account capitec feel like they are entitled to it for whatever reoson i dnt even know on the today they debited my account not onv\ce but twice went to the branch they reversed it as soon as i get out of the branch they debited it again went to the branch called their call center and i spoke to Basaetsana who said they will reverse it but they didnt i dont know why am recieving thjis kind of treatment from them because i have beenpaying the graciously but they act as if am the type who doesnt pay I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU WILL GET YOURS ON THE 25TH AS PER OUR AGREEMENT NOW AM STUCK DONT EVEN HAVE PETROL MONEY AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE I THOUGHT YOU WERE BETTER THAN MY PREVIOUS BANK BUT UR JUST LIKE THEM
